A strapless backside 360 AKA frontroll can be one of the harder strapless tricks to figure it out. I do my best to give a detailed explanation of how to go about doing this trick. Once you get it figured out it could end up being a favorite. It's fun to work on different variations of the trick, so while this is not the shortest overview I try to hit some of the small details that I found make a difference for me.
